Our rental home vs a Hotel

We believe that staying at our rental home has the following advantages vs. a hotel or resort:

OUR HOUSE HOTEL or RESORT
Guarantee that the group of travellers will stay together In a big group there is a high chance of having rooms in separate villas or areas of the hotel
Independence to go explore the city, nature and landmarks without having paid for something unused (i.e. meals) Although resorts offer meal plans or are all inclusive, guests who go out to explore the town end up buying food and drinks anyway
No rush to get up or follow schedules Restaurants, entertainment and several activities are on a schedule
You will get to your room in just a few steps Due to the size of most hotels if you want to go back to your room it will take you a while
Located in a central area close to where the fun is Hotels and resorts are not always close to a town which isolates you from living a real local experience
We are close to several supermarkets where groceries are affordable You will be bound to what they have as you have paid for it already
We work with a group of Mexicans who assist us in this project, they are paid fair wages and as I mentioned above, I am Mexican and grew up in Mexico. By staying at our home, you will be contributing to the local economy and our family project. Mexicans do not usually own the resorts. Most are owned by foreign companies and employ local workers who earn very low wages.
