Using the Pool
Temporary Rules for Use of the Pool and Pergola
These TEMPORARY rules are in accordance with the gradual activation plan of the state of Quintana Roo. These may be modified at any time in accordance the Mexican authorities.
Pool Rules:
- The area can be used with a maximum limit of 6 to 8 people.
- The use of the Pool is a maximum of 1 hour per family.
- The hours of use of the pool is the one mentioned in the internal regulations from 9:00 to 24:00 hours. Each family may reserve more than 1 time in a day (not continuous schedules), giving more families the opportunity.
- Children are allowed to use the pool without a reservation (each parent or guardian who allows the use of the pool by themselves, must notify the booth and sign consent, exempting the security, surveillance committee and / or administration liability in the event of an accident)
- A healthy distance of 1.5 meters between people must be kept.
- The reservation will remain in the booth area with the guard on duty, leaving the record in a log, specifying = Number of people, house number, time and whether or not it allows the entry of more people at the same time in case of being less than maximum limit 10. When delivering the area it must be in hygienic conditions and without garbage
- Users must rinse in the shower before entering the pool and if they leave they must rinse before each re-entry.

Avoiding Fines
- Our house is located within a family complex, the strata is very strict when it comes to noise after 10pm and fines will be issued.
- You will be responsible to pay for any fines imposed due to breaching the rules.
- The noise policy in the strata rules is as follows:
“The music or noise inside the houses and in common areas should be moderate to a low level, (55 decibels) after 22:00 hrs. without exception. It should be understood that they are in a condominium that seeks to maintain order, tranquility and the general well-being of all the neighbors over the interests of individuals.“ - Do not hang towels or clothes on the main balcony. This action will trigger a fine too.
